  • Specific Responsibilities

    • Manages incoming customer calls, emails and inquiries.
    • Prepares correspondence to Operations, customers and other internal departments.
    • Analyzes and resolves customer concerns using established procedures.
    • Supports the day-to-day operations of the department.
    • Understands the importance of Customer and Business priorities and goals.
    • Highly organized individual, able to keep accurate documentation.

    Skills and Requirements



    • A self motivated team player.
    • Proven customer support experience.
    • Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to think quickly and effectively.
    • Sense of urgency.
    • Adaptability and flexibility.
    • Understands corporate processes, goals, and initiatives.


    Education and/or Experience


    • College degree preferred. Requires a High School diploma and minimum 2 years of experience in apparel or Customer Service field.  College degree or course work is considered in lieu of experience.

    Computer Skills


    • Microsoft proficient. Preference for knowledge of ACS or other ERP systems.
