• Visual Coordinator - Partner Shops

  • Specific Responsibilities


    • Determine floorset strategies for all Partner divisions with Buying, Planning and Operations.
    • Implement Monthly Corporate floorsets and Monthly Corporate updates for all Partner Divisions with Partner Shop Visual Manager.
    • Lead Corporate floorset walk-thrus with Partner Shop Visual Manager.
    • Uphold & implement all Corporate Visual Merchandising & Display standards.
    • Continually develop/evolve merchandising techniques.
    • Photograph all priorities within the floorset.
    • Organize & compile all information necessary for producing visual directive publication.
    • Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite to format a Visual directive.
    • Pass all information to the Graphic designer to complete book.
    • Partner with Visual trafficking coordinator to complete edits from buying and channel VP and distribute final directive
    • Lead monthly visual conference calls with the Channel DMs and RDs with the Partner Shop Visual Manager.

    Product Knowledge Books

    • Partner with Buying division to determine product focuses and strategies.
    • Layout and merchandise the book with the Partner Shop Visual Manager.
    • Call out details, silhouettes and any information that can be utilized on the store level as a selling tool.
    • Pass all information to the Graphic designer to complete book.

    Miscellaneous Directives

    • Compile information and photos for miscellaneous visual directives, such as; store openings, visual element rollouts, delivery tiering, visual directive addendums and memos.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Provide consistent communication and partner closely with the Partner Shop Visual Manager and act as a liaison to the buying, operations and marketing departments.
    • Remain in constant communication with the Buying, Allocation and Retail Operations teams.
    • Store visits- A Corporate point person for any questions regarding visual directives/needs (communication and follow-up).
    • Communicate with the field regarding the implementation of floorsets/visual updates and any signage/fixture requests.
    • New Store openings- Plan fixtures and merchandise placement. Determine type and quantity of visual elements.  Travel to location when RVMs are unable to support the opening.
    • Plan and maintain calendars and schedules in order to meet all deadlines.
    • Maintain filing system for all directives and other visual documents.
    • Attend and present at Corporate meetings.
    • Provide ideas and suggestions to help elevate the visual tools generated by the department.
    • Participate in all division’s corporate communication.

    Skills and Requirements



    • Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to take initiative to grow the department to work efficiently.


    Education and/or Experience

    • Candidate should have at least 5+ years of fast paced retail experience and have excellent creative and operational skills.
    • Must be outgoing, assertive, organized, and personable.


    Computer Skills

    • Must have strong computer skills in Creative Cloud; InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook.
