Senior Manager, Retail Store Operations

Specific Responsibilities

  • Responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the stores and department
  • Collaborate with executive cross functional departments to support and communicate efficiently and effectively to stores
  • Responsible for providing direction and serving as communication link between executives, field sales teams and corporate teams with regard to any and all operations
  • Retail Operations Department principal contact on all internal corporate committees that affect the company globally
  • Responsible for the implementation and execution of programs, systems and initiatives
  • Establish organizational and systematic policies and procedures to facilitate store goals, enforce operational directives and adhere to legal compliance requirements
  • Apply business analytics to plan and implement solutions which increase productivity and reduce operational costs
  • Responsible for providing direction on new store openings, store closings, remodels and relocations
  • Management of direct reports as well as day-to-day office duties and operations
  • Responsible for the creation of and management of annual supply, department and project budgets
  • Position requires some travel

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to speak in front of a large group or audience
  • Ability to speak to technical requirements for the Retail business and relate to in-store experience

  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Take on additional assignments as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of retail store experience, preferably multi-store management
  • Experience in a Corporate environment managing a support staff and department
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
